Materials Needed
Queen Esther Crown Template
Colored cardstock paper (assorted colors) – [AMAZON LINK]
Self-adhesive craft gems – [AMAZON LINK]
Self-adhesive foam stickers (stars, hearts, and shapes) – [AMAZON LINK]
Child-safe scissors – [AMAZON LINK]
Glue- [AMAZON LINK]
How to Make the Craft
Step 1: Print the Queen Esther Crown template on white cardstock paper.
Step 2: Let children color and decorate the crown using crayons, markers, or stickers.
Step 3: Carefully cut out the crown.
Step 4: Attach the extension strip if needed to fit each child's head.
Step 5: Glue the ends together to create the finished crown.
Step 6: Encourage children to wear their crowns while reviewing Queen Esther's story and talking about how God helps us be brave.
Teaching Connection
This activity helps children remember that Queen Esther trusted God and chose to do what was right, even when it was difficult. Although Esther was afraid, she courageously obeyed God and helped save His people.
As children wear their crowns, remind them that courage doesn't mean never feeling afraid. Courage means trusting God and choosing to do what is right. Just as God used Queen Esther, He can help us be brave and make a difference in the lives of others.
